What is BOOT2025 about ?
Its the world's largest yacht and water sports show.
With over 200,000 visitors from more than 100 countries and 1,500 exhibitors on 220,000 square meters in halls 1 to 17, boot Düsseldorf from January 18 to 26, 2025 is the largest yacht and water sports trade fair in the world. Sailors and motorboaters will find a wide range of boats, dinghies, superyachts and luxury yachts. The show also covers all aspects of the popular water sports of diving, surfing, kitesurfing, stand-up paddling, skimboarding and canoeing, including the relevant equipment. Attractive stage programs with the stars of the scene, the latest trends and a high-caliber mix of workshops and hands-on activities for both recreational athletes and experts make the show unique worldwide. Marine conservation and innovative, sustainable technologies will also be in the spotlight at boot 2025. In cooperation with the European Boating Industry (EBI), the blue innovation dock in hall 10 offers a unique dialog format with political, economic, technological and media expertise.
The ocean tribute award
At OYT we're very sensitive to products and solutions being sustainable and respecting our oceans. Boot Düsseldorf awards initiatives that protect the beautiful oceans and waters that are our playing grounds. Any initiative, exciting project or campaign to protect the oceans can be part of the ocean tribute award. Entrants must ensure that their projects contribute to the sustainable improvement and cleaning of the oceans. Whether it is technological innovation, building research capacity, raising public awareness, or reducing waste and nutrients, protecting the oceans is the goal of the ocean tribute award.
The winner of this award will be determined by public voting and a top-class jury on the 20th of January 2025.
