Victron MultiPlus Compact 12/1200/50-16 230V The MultiPlus is, as the name suggests, a combined Inverter - Charger in one elegant package. Its many features include a true Sine wave inverter, adaptive charging, hybrid PowerAssist technology and several system integration functions. Models: 800VA, 1200VA, 1600VA, 2000VA, 3000VA, 5000VA UniquePowerAssist function The MultiPlus prevents overloading of a limited AC source, such as a generator or Shore power connection. Firstly, the battery charge is automatically reduced if an overload would otherwise occur. The second Steps up the output of a Generators or shore-side supply with Electricity from the Batteries. UninterruptibleAC power supply (UPS function) In the event of a mains failure, shore or generator power cut-off, the Inverter in the Multi is automatically activated and takes over the supply to the connected loads. This happens so quickly (less than 20 milliseconds) that computers and other Electronics continue to work without interruption. Almostunlimited power thanks to parallel operation Up to 6 Multis can be operated in parallel to achieve a higher output power. Three-phase or split-phase operation is also possible.
