Ordering
There are several ways to place an order. Preferably online at www.o-y-t.com, but it can also be :

No, there is no minimum order amount. However, the amount of your order will influence the delivery cost: from a net purchase amount of € 500,00 ex VAT, you will pay significantly less shipping costs.
If you would like to change or add something to your order, please contact us ASAP at chris@o-y-t.com quoting your order number.
Payment
Every order is final upon receipt of full payment (for B2B customers this sometimes works differently - check here).
Online orders can be paid in several ways. You are offered a lot of alternatives to pay through the checkout. The most common are Visa, Mastercard, Paypal,... But also Bancontact, iDeal, Klarna, Sofort,... can be offered, depending on the availability in your country.
Orders not done online can also be paid by bank transfer to our account.

Shipping
We always ship directly to the delivery address you provide when ordering. This can be anywhere in Europe. The cost for delivery is automatically calculated in the checkout. However, the amount of your order will influence the delivery cost: from a net purchase amount of € 500,00 ex VAT, you will pay significantly less shipping costs.
Products that are immediately available are delivered in 2 to 5 business days. Quickly available products take a little longer, 5 to 10 business days.
We make every effort to deliver the products ordered as soon as possible. Unfortunately, regarding delivery times, we depend on dates received from our suppliers and our carriers .
Warranty handling
When you purchase from OYT, you are always entitled to the original warranty that comes with the product.
In case of a defect that falls within the warranty period and warranty conditions, please contact us at chris@o-y-t.com. Please include the original order number and item description along with a description of the problem. We will then contact you ASAP to offer a solution.
Returning
Does your purchase not meet your expectations ? You have the possibility to dissolve your purchase during 14 days. Be sure to read our return condition here
Please fill out this form for smooth processing of your return. If your return request meets the conditions, you will receive a return document as soon as possible.
No, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning the product. In case of damage, return in non-original condition or packaging,... a reduced value will also be charged. Be sure to read our return conditions here.

Loyalty points
OYT rewards your loyalty !
You will receive 1 loyalty point per €50.00 net purchase value (ex VAT).
Each loyalty point is worth € 1.00 - the loyalty points thus represent an additional discount of about 2% !
Upon checkout of your next purchase, you can redeem the loyalty points in the checkout.
Gift Certificate
A gift certificate from OYT is the finest gift for any boat - and yacht owner !
You can order a gift certificate very easily here. You have the possibility to choose gift vouchers of €25,00, €50,00 or €100,00. You can also choose a multiple of these amounts.
The gift certificate will be sent by email. You can send the gift certificate to yourself or directly to the person for whom the gift is intended. You can send the gift certificate immediately or at a later time. The choice is yours!
On the gift certificate is a unique code - keep it safe! With this code you can offset the amount of the gift certificate with your purchase at OYT.
(Please note that in case of loss, we cannot recover the code)
The gift certificate is valid indefinitely.
