Type ECS The VETUS RECO electronic motor controls developed by Rexroth have proven to be extremely reliable and popular over the years. Now, based on customer experience and evolving technology, VETUS introduces the next generation of electronic motor controllers: Type ECS units meet the highest quality standards and offer the user maximum reliability, proven in tests with one million lever movements. Simple plug-and-play installation and ease of operation and many options characterize this series. Type ECS can be used for both one and two Motors and can be used on up to four control stations. Creep speed mode is optionally available. The system has been developed for yachts and small workboats and is suitable for use with all common Motors and gearbox types. The hardware comes from proven automotive applications. The proven Can-Bus technology ensures reliable communication between the individual components. Sophisticated self-diagnostics inform the operator about the current operating status and an alarm recording is available for later evaluation.
