Plastimo EZ AIR COMPACT VENTI

The EZ Air ventilation system was developed by our Plastimo research and development team in collaboration with the most renowned European boat builders. The EZ Air unit complements the EZ Water and EZ Elec range with a new ventilation system for engine compartments. It uses the same clever EZ mounting system with many innovative features: a compact system for a simpler installation and space-saving solution compared to traditional ventilation systems. Can be fitted with a straight or curved Connection as required in combination with the various EZ Air options. Features: - Leak-proof due to the non-return valve. - Increased fresh air supply for the Motor while limiting the pressure drop. - Compact, reduces the size of the system. Advantages for boat builders: - Easier positioning of the fan. - Simplified cockpit architecture. - Space saving due to lower downstream height. - Limited impact on ISO stability criteria. Application areas: - Motor and fuel tank compartments. - Spaces requiring a condensation prevention system. Compliance: - ISO12216: Deck panel sealing in Zone 1 (§4.4.1). - IMCI (International Marine Certification Institute). This product completes the Plastimo EZ range: Outlet Ø 80 mm, compatible with ventilation hoses. Compatible with external spiral braided hose and sleeves. Wave, splash and submersion proof valve. Conforms to ISO12216 standard specifications: Cover plate sealing Sealing (zone 1 = 35 KPa). ISO. Sealing: maximum operating temperature = 100°C Fastening: - Through penetration seal with curved sleeve. Bulkhead wall thickness max. 25 mm. - On the box with the straight sleeve. Mounting: The system must be mounted vertically (+ or - 10°).
