The Max Power Star pod offers an innovative solution to the often difficult task of installing an engine in the stern of modern motor yachts. Combining a dry area at the stern with the correct immersion depth and sufficient access is often a challenge. The stern pod units have been designed with these constraints in mind and can be installed entirely from the outside of the transom, significantly reducing the need for access from the inside. This allows greater immersion depth to be achieved. The transom pod housing is watertight and ignition-protected (ISO 8846) and designed to withstand the corrosive, humid atmosphere of the Bilge.
