Digital Yacht iSeaSense is a new range of NMEA 2000 and Wi-Fi based navigation instruments for sailboats that offer maximum flexibility and connectivity. You can use smartphones, iPads and tablets to display navigation data, in addition to standard instruments and third-party MfDs. This package uses high-quality, accurate sensors for depth, speed, wind, heading and GPS data from the Boats. The data can also be shared with Other devices on the NMEA 2000 network. iSeaSense is simple to install. Available in two versions, everything is included for easy purchase and installation. No additional app is needed either, as the iSeaSense WLAN server creates its own graphical and numerical display pages that can be viewed via a browser on any mobile device. iSeaSense includes the WND100 wind sensor with a 20 m cable and a "T" connector directly to the NMEA 2000 network. This means that no NMEA 2000 cables, connectors or unreliable terminators are required at the top of the mast. iSeaSense also includes a depth, speed and Temperature sensors. A heeling detection sensor is also included. A complete NMEA 2000 cable set and wireless interface are also included. The package also includes a spare NMEA cable and a connector for additional NMEA 2000 devices, such as a multifunction display or Digital Yacht Instruments. iSeaSense has an easy-to-use web interface. No additional software or app is required. Simple open the browser on a connected device and log in to iSeaSense.local. You can calibrate the wind sensor via the iSeaSense web interface. It also displays true and apparent wind speed and angle as well as VMG calculations. The web interface runs on iOS, Android, PC and MAC (any standard web browser), as well as e-ink displays such as Kindle and e-book. It supports up to 3 connected devices with fast 5 Hz updates. Data can also be used by most popular Navigation apps and software such as Navionics, NV Charts, TZ iBoat, OpenCPN, SailGrib, etc.
