The 714-140A-DVSR uses a double detection DVSR (710-140a). This system ensures that you always have a fully charged reserve Batteries. When the Switches are in position one, Battery one becomes the sensing battery for the VSR. Battery two, isolated, is charged by the VSR when the Motor is running to ensure it is always fully charged. When the Switches are in position two, Battery two becomes the sensing battery and the battery is charged by the VSR. The fact that there is always a fully charged battery in reserve is a great safety benefit.
