These motorized Switches offer remotely activated, high Electricity and Emergency Parallel Connection suitable for large Motors (up to 2500 A for 10 seconds). The emergency parallel functionality is conveniently operated via a momentary button on the dashboard which, when activated, keeps the Batteries charged for 10 minutes. Once the 10 minutes have elapsed, the switch turns off, eliminating the risk of starting batteries being flattened after a parallel switch is accidentally turned on. Designed and built for the harsh marine environment using canned copper conductors, stainless steel nuts and high Temperature, fiber reinforced plastics to ensure longevity. The units are protected from ignition, provide on/off switching action and can be bonded or surface mounted. NOTE: For automated charging of the second battery bank, the same 10-minute emergency parallel functionality is also available for the 720-MDVSO voltage-sensing switch. Manual Override Option 10-minute remotely activated emergency function (no voltage-sensing function) 12/24 volt operation (both battery banks must be the same voltage)
